The story behind Kudos
It all started at LicorcaConf, during a talk on impostor syndrome. Silvia shared her trick: a folder with the good stuff from work.
Inspired by that idea and by a personal rough patch, I bought a physical jar and started filling it: a thank-you from a teammate, a kind comment on a PR, the first time I represented my team in a Cluster Review...
The jar kept filling up. I shared it on Twitter. And the rest is history.
